At the output of each supercapacitor there are k parallel connected pulse voltage regulators.
The utility model relates to electrical engineering and can be used to equalize the voltage of series-connected capacitive accumulators of electric energy, the voltage imbalance on which can be caused by different values of their capacitance or different discharge current. Also, the utility model can be used to form a predetermined shape of the discharge load current.
