The method of producing stabilised colloidal solutions of silver nanoparticles involves reducing silver from an aqueous solution of an argentum salt in the presence of a reducing agent and a stabiliser of silver nanoparticles, as such a plant extract obtained under ultrasonic extraction conditions is used. The plant extract is obtained from waste plant raw materials using a low-temperature eutectic solvent of high viscosity as an extractant and combined with an aqueous solution of argentum salt (AgNO3) in a ratio of 1 ± 0.1 ÷ 2 ± 0.11 wt. h.

The useful model relates to the field of nano- and biotechnologies, in particular to methods for producing nanomaterials, namely solutions of silver nanoparticles, and can be used for the production of new biologically active drugs for the medical industry for the manufacture of drugs, in the cosmetic and food industries.
