Maisotsenko heat and mass exchange apparatus of the indirect evaporative type is made in the form of a structure of vertically arranged plates forming a system of dry and wet channels. Heat exchange intensifiers are installed on the surface of dry channels, and the surface of wet channels is covered with capillary-porous material. A tray with water is installed in the lower part of the device. An increase in efficiency and economy of the system is ensured.
