The composite heat exchange pipe contains a steel flat-oval base, on the outside the flat surface of which along the length of the pipe is fixed transverse fins in the form corrugated sheet, the width of which is not less than the width of the outer flat surface, according to a useful model, the transverse fins are made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, or with copper or copper alloy, and the outer surface of the flat-oval base is equipped with an intermediate metal layer.
