Proposed method comprises preliminary machining of inner surfaces, machining of outer ends, hardening of blank, final machining of mounting hole, machining of profile of teeth recesses and sharpening them along rear and front surfaces. Hardening of billet is performed after preliminary cutting of internal surfaces, external ends are ground, and final cutting of mounting hole, cutting of profile of teeth recesses and their sharpening along back surface is performed from one installation of billet by electric erosion method on wire cutting machine, at that, cutting of profile of teeth recesses and their sharpening along back surface is performed by one shaping movement.
