A method for obtaining nanostructured metal oxides of groups IV and VIII by homogeneous deposition, in which the operations of preparing an aqueous solution of a mixture of d-metal salts, adding an aqueous solution of a precipitant with simultaneous thorough mixing of these solutions and carrying out the process at a certain temperature, obtaining a precipitate containing nanodispersed particles of hydroxides or metal oxides. The elements of groups IV and VIII are represented as d-metals, the precipitating substance is urea, which, when heated to a temperature of 95 ± 5 °C, saturates the solution with ammonia evenly and simultaneously throughout the volume, the precipitation is carried out without special requirements for stirring for 20 ± 3 minutes.
