The gas-discharge electronic gun belongs to electronic equipment, and more specifically to of gas-discharge guns for technological purposes and can be used for electron beam technological processes that are performed in a vacuum using electron beams. The gun contains a cold cathode, an anode and a radiation guide cavities located on the axis of the gun, the base flange and focusing lenses.
What is new is that the beam is connected to the anode by soldering, and the cavity for of cooling water are connected and separated by partitions into two vertically and connected among themselves in the lower part of the beam.
Also new is that the base flange has an annular cavity for passage cooling water.
The technical result is a reduction of heat loads on the electrode system and increasing the reliability of the high-power gas-discharge electronic gun.
