The unmanned aerial vehicle is equipped with an electric propulsion system, contains a fuselage with tail feathers, a straight non-mechanized wing with an aerodynamic profile of low relative thickness, a landing parachute and a surveillance camera located at the bottom of the fuselage. The unmanned aerial vehicle is equipped with thermal imaging and multispectral cameras, a high-resolution photo camera, a radiation background sensor, a GPS search system, a flight control modem, a photo and video image transmitter, antennas for data transmission and communication, and the electric power plant is equipped with a two-blade propeller, the surveillance camera has day and night modes with object zoom. The launch of the unmanned aerial vehicle is carried out by hand, and does not require additional devices for takeoff.
