The pulsed gas-discharge tacitron-type switching device contains a vacuum shell filled with gas at low pressure, inside which a hollow cathode is arranged, two anodes are arranged at the ends of the cathode with control fine-structured grids in front of them and a first screen grid is arranged in front of the first control grid. The hollow cathode is cold and is covered by a cylindrical magnet with an axial magnetic field. In front of the second control grid there is a second screen grid.
