A method for obtaining oxidative-organosolvent fibrous semi-finished product includes cooking the chaff of stems of agricultural plants with a solution of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide. Cooking is carried out at a ratio of formic acid to hydrogen peroxide 50:50 by volume %, a concentration of formic acid 55 %, for 30-90 minutes, at a hydraulic module of 10:1. Additionally, titanium oxide is added to the cooking solution in the amount of 2 % by weight of absolutely dry raw materials.
