The body of the antenna array module includes a base made of thermally conductive material, with a lower end horizontal edge and with heat exchange and mounting surfaces. The heat exchange surface has cooling fins. On the mounting surface there are places for installation of cooled electronic components and open channels in which heat pipes are installed to ensure thermal contact. Evaporation zones of heat pipes are located in the area of places for installation of cooled electronic components. Condensation zones are located in the area of the heat exchange surface with cooling fins. Heat pipes are made with pulsations by them. Open channels and heat pipes are made of zigzag shape with curved sections and straight sections between them and with interconnected ends and are located on two opposite sides of each place for installation of cooled electronic components. Straight sections of open channels of zigzag shape and straight sections of heat pipe loops are inclined at an angle to the lower end horizontal face of the module base
