The body of the antenna array module includes a base made of thermally conductive material with mounting and heat exchange surfaces, on the mounting surface of which there are places for installing cooled electronic components and open channels in which heat pipes are installed to ensure thermal contact, and cooling fins are made on the heat exchange surface of the base. The evaporation zones of heat pipes are located in the area of places for installation of cooled electronic components, and the condensation zones are located in the area of the heat exchange surface with cooling fins. The open channels and heat pipes have a zigzag shape with interconnected ends, and the zigzag heat pipes with interconnected ends are located on two opposite sides of each place for installation of cooled electronic components, and the curved sections of the heat pipes, which are their evaporation zones, are located in the area of places for installation of cooled electronic components with the minimum possible distance between them.
