The three-phase bridge compensation converter contains a three-phase transformer, to the secondary winding of which two three-phase groups of electric valves are connected, in one of them the anodes are connected to a common point, and in the other – the cathodes, they are the place of connection of the load. The common point of one of the three-phase groups of diodes is moved to the common point of the three-phase group of fully controlled devices (IGB-transistors), each of which is connected in series with the diode in the phases of the converter, and a three-phase capacitor bank is connected to these points of series connection.
