In the method of electric resistance butt welding through the sputtered layer is applied to the surface of the welded parts made of aluminum and its alloys. Welding is carried out by butt welding through a sputtered layer of material with high electrical resistance. After the current flows, the welded parts are removed from the fixing mechanism.
