The plant additionally contains a controller and piped kerosene tank, a distiller, two pumps, two flow meters, a distributor, three fuel tanks containing biocomponents, and a parameter control module. The serial connection includes a kerosene tank, a first pump, a first flowmeter, a distributor, a first fuel tank, a parameter control module, and its second and third inputs are connected to the outputs of the second and third fuel tanks, and these inputs are connected, respectively, to the second and third outputs of the distributor, the second input of which is connected to the output of the second flowmeter, the input of which is connected to the output of the second pump. The input of the second pump is connected to the output of the first storage tank. Two outputs of the controller are connected by electrical circuits to the second inputs of the two pumps, and the third output is connected to the third input of the distributor. Two inputs of the controller are connected by electrical circuits to the second outputs of two flow meters, and also by pipelines, the input of the distiller is connected to the output of the buffer device, and its output is connected to the input of the cleaner.
