As a magnetic component is taken single-domain magnetite, and as a modifying agent is taken hydroxyapatite, the surface of which contains gemcitabine, with the following ratio of components, wt. %: magnetite 42-60 hydroxyapatite 27-38 gemcitabine 13-20.
