The disclosed method of forming a magnetically solid material with nanosized grains, isolated by an oxide phase layer, in which the monocrystalline substrate is layer by layer metals are applied and annealed in a vacuum. It is used as a monocrystalline substrate SiO2/Si(001). As metals, iron, terbium and platinum were used for forming of the ordered L10-FePt phase.
