A closed-circuit pulsating heat pipe contains at least two loops with straight sections and curved sections at the ends of straight sections. The curved sections at one end of the loops with adjacent parts of the straight sections are evaporation zones. The curved sections at the other end of the loops with adjacent parts of the straight sections are condensation zones. The centers of the bending radii of the loops at least in the evaporation zone are located in a straight line. The curved sections of the loops, which are evaporation zones, are shifted in the longitudinal direction relative to the adjacent curved sections of the evaporation zone, and the location line of the centers of bending radii of loops at least in the evaporation zone is at an angle to straight sections of loops.
