The body of the active phased array module is made of a thermally conductive material, comprising a base with longitudinal channels, places for installation of cooled elements and heat pipes installed to provide thermal contact in the longitudinal channels of the base so that their evaporation zones are in the area of the places for installation of cooled elements, and condensation zones are equipped with air cooling devices, according to the invention, the places for installation of cooled elements are located on the first, mounting side of the base, and the air cooling devices are made on the second, opposite to the first, side of the base, the longitudinal channels are made open to the first, mounting, side of the base, the heat pipes are made flat or flat-oval, with one flat surface of the body of each heat pipe in the evaporation zone is a place for installing the cooled element, and the second flat surface of the body of each heat pipe is in thermal contact with the air cooling devices.
