A method for obtaining a metal-ceramic composite material for resistance welding electrodes, which doses, mixes, rolls in a roller and compacts under spark-plasma sintering conditions a mixture of copper powder and powder of eutectic composition of lanthanum hexaboride and titanium diboride. As a ceramic component, a eutectic mixture of LaB6-TiB2 powder is used and compacted together with copper powder under spark-plasma sintering conditions.
