The invention relates to radar-locating technology. A housing of a transceiver module of an antenna array contains a base with mounting and heat exchange surfaces, straight channels and places for installing cooled elements located on the mounting surface and cooling fins made on the heat exchange surface, flat heat pipes with bending on the inner surface of the heat pipe housing. The pipes are installed to ensure thermal contact in the straight channels of the base so that the evaporation zones of flat heat pipes are located in the area of places for installing cooling elements, and the condensation zones of heat pipes are located in the area of the heat exchange surface with cooling fins. The invention is novel in that the wick in flat heat pipes is made mainly within the evaporation zone in the form of threaded grooves with a fine pitch. In addition, straight channels and flat heat pipes are inclined relative to the horizon, ensuring that the condensation zones of the heat pipes exceed their evaporation zones in the working inclined position of the module housing.
At the same time, the value of the angle of inclination of the straight channels and flat heat pipes in the plane of the mounting surface of the base relative to the horizon is determined depending on the angle of inclination of the module case in the operating position according to the corresponding formula. The technical result consists in simplifying the design and manufacturing technology
