Regular nozzle element of mass transfer apparatus contains a shell in the form of a straight circular cylinder with open bases and two longitudinal partitions placed in it and fixed on its bases. Each longitudinal partition is made in the form of a corner with identical triangular shelves with a common apex located at an angle of 120° towards each other. The intersection point of the shelves ends of each longitudinal partition is located on the longitudinal axis of the shell.
