Method of producing metal objects by electrochemical 3D printing, whereby a metal is deposited in a coating tank filled with an electrolyte containing a metal salt and surfactants. The metal is locally electrochemically deposited on the surface of the cathode using a working electrode-anode. The working electrode and cathode are connected in an electrical circuit. The distance between the working electrode-anode and the cathode is selected depending on the diameter of the working electrode-anode. The optimal linear speed of the working electrode-anode should be 3±0.5 cm/s.
