The mixer output is connected consistently through a cavitator and a buffer device to the purifier input, two outputs of which are connected to two storage tanks. Additionally, it contains a controller and three flow meters, the inputs of each are connected to the outputs of three containers of input raw materials, and the outputs of these flow meters are connected by pipelines to the inputs of three pumps. The three outputs of the controller are connected by electrical circuits to the second inputs of the three pumps, and the other three controller inputs are connected to the second outputs of the three flow meters.
