Method for determining the state of resistance of the bones of the lower leg and thigh with a metal implant includes the creation of a three-dimensional computer model based on computer tomography and 3D scanning data, the construction of a spatial geometric model of the biomechanical system “bone-implant”. Whereas a three-dimensional finite element mesh of the connected bodies of the bones with the implant is created and the distribution of stresses in the biomechanical system “bone-implant” is investigated. The research is carried out according to the topological data of the spatial arrangement of the individual design of the metal implant, manufactured by the 3D printing method.
