A method for obtaining a product based on mushroom biomass to normalize the functional state of the immune system includes growing mycelium of edible and medicinal mushrooms Ganoderma lucidum, Lentinula edodes, Hericium erinaceus, Inonotus obliquus on a nutrient medium, drying, grinding, combining the components into a dosage form. The nutrient medium used is liquid glucose-peptone-yeast (GPY) medium, in which the mycelium of each species is separately cultivated, followed by obtaining dry mycelium and combining it in equal proportions, mixing and dosing.
The utility model refers to the methods used in the food and pharmaceutical industries to obtain a dietary supplement (food product for special medical purposes) based on fungal biomass, which can be used as an additional source of a complex of biologically active substances: polysaccharides, melanins, terpenoid compounds, polyphenols, essential amino acids, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals. The remedy is intended to normalize the functional state of the immune system, in particular in chronic infectious and inflammatory diseases, general strengthening of the body, especially during physical exertion and stress, maintaining the functional state of the cardiovascular system, improving memory and blood circulation.
