The invention belongs to the equipment of chemical, food and related industries, in particular to the regular nozzles of heat and mass exchangers, and can be used in column apparatus for the processes of rectification, absorption, desorption, as well as extraction in the system “liquid – liquid”.

The proposed module contains at least one horizontal perforated canvas, fixed on it by its final sections vertical longitudinal elements with the attachment bodies placed on them, each of which is made in the form of a fragment of a torch or thor-shaped convex shell with parallel open bases, while adjacent nozzle bodies on each vertical longitudinal element are in contact with each other with their bases, the step of the location of the perforation holes of each of the horizontal perforated canvases is less than the equivalent diameter of the base of each of the nozzles, and the size of these perforation holes is sufficient for fixing in the final parts of the final sections.

In the most acceptable examples of the module execution, at least one additional horizontal perforated canvas is placed between the final sections of the vertical longitudinal elements, and in the wall of each of the nozzle bodies the through channels formed by removing part of the specified wall and/or cut in the specified wall and bent petals are made.

The regulation of the shape and size of the channels of the module (both inside the nozzle bodies and between them), and hence the hydrodynamics of the processed phases both inside the nozzle
bodies and in the intervals between them (direction and speed of movement of the processed phases, as well as the degree and intensity of crushing phase flows into microflows and their fusion among themselves), which expands the technological capabilities of the module and the mass exchanger as a whole.
